Our History
With over 12 years excelling in the production and export of fresh produce to international markets, Interbai Agroindustrial began its operations in Copán Valley, Honduras in 2006. With a vertically integrated business model, we positioned ourselves as one of the major exporters of sweet potato in Honduras and as the Central American pioneers in the cultivation and export of organic sweet potato to Europe and Canada.

In 2014, we began a new chapter in Comayagua, Honduras, gradually reorienting our efforts to the development of new products with a greater added value for the food industry. We combined our experience and state-of-the-art technology to craft single-ingredient superfood wonders: non-traditional flours made entirely out of tropical roots, tubers and exotic fruits as natural, healthier and more nutritious alternatives to all-grain flours. With this new challenge we seek to transform the industry by offering non-conventional ingredients that provide a higher nutritional value, sensory experience and competitiveness to final products destined for the healthy foods niche.
